incompatible with EU fundamental rights and case law \u2013 perhaps more so than any other EU law in recent memory.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div formal legal and technical assessments have concluded that the proposed measures could amount to disproportionate violations of everyone\u2019s privacy, personal data and free expression online, and
